Root started in 1984 as a publishing company, sharing knowledge in order to spark a difference. But it wasn’t enough.
We wanted to better connect leaders, managers, and individuals to each other and to organizational change in meaningful and lasting ways. We created our first Root Learning Map® more than 20 years ago with the intent to change the way people absorb information and activate change. A simple concept with far-reaching, transformational impact.
Today, we’ve grown into an organization built to help companies positively transform traditionally and digitally, but all through a uniquely human approach. With multiple locations and more than 150 Rootsters, we are here to serve in ways that disrupt, define, and create change.
