Kalen is an experienced change and strategic transformation leader in healthcare environments such as academic medicine, multispecialty medical groups, accountable care organizations, and retail health, with special focus on care model innovation, patient access, experience design, population health management, and electronic health record optimization.

Kalen received his Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and his undergraduate degree from Furman University. He is a Board Director for an international not-for-profit called Global Connections that provides health and education for underserved people in East Africa. His passion is unlocking human potential at the intentional intersection of leaders and their teams.
