You want to build a positive organization, but not all of your colleagues are as excited about the idea as you are. Some don’t know why doing this would be worth the time or effort, while others say they don’t know where to begin. Some simply don’t believe it’s possible. And then there are a few who just don’t understand what you’re talking about, period. In this workshop, Chris White and the Root Inc. team will engage participants in a creative and highly interactive exercise that enables dialogue on positive organizational principles. Participants can in turn use the interactive tool they will experience to educate, engage, and inspire people in their own organizations to lead positively, and create a workplace that brings out the best in people.
