The Root Compass® Experience offers both new and seasoned managers a street-smart approach to leadership that will change the way they see themselves and the way they tackle their role as change leaders. What You Can Expect

Join us for a two-day virtual event, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore Root Compass^® free of charge. Individual evaluators are welcome, but Root Compass® is best experienced by the leaders that will be applying the concepts. This experience includes front-of-room facilitation and small group breakouts. We are inviting a handful of organizations to reserve a “breakout room” so each conversation will be relevant to you and your organization. This means we’re offering 8 seats altogether:

• 4-7 managers in your organization—you are invited to bring people this program is designed for to get a clear sense of whether they would benefit from it
• 1-3 decision makers who are tasked with developing managers in your organization (or who contribute to doing so)
