What You Can Expect

Join us for a two-day virtual event, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore bringing Root Compass® to your organization. The best way to evaluate a program is to see it in action, so we invite you to bring a team free of charge! Root Compass® is best experienced by the leaders that will be applying the concepts. This experience includes front-of-room facilitation and small group breakouts. Each organization will reserve a “breakout room” so the conversation will be relevant to you and your organization. This means we’re offering 8 seats altogether:

  • 4-7 managers in your organization—you are invited to bring people this program is designed for to get a clear sense of whether they would benefit from it
  • 1-3 decision makers who are tasked with developing managers in your organization (or who contribute to doing so)

Together, using Root’s renowned and highly engaging methods, we’ll experience what it means to:
