What You Can Expect

Join us for a two-day virtual event, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore bringing Root Compass^® to your organization. The best way to evaluate a program is to see it in action, so we invite you to bring a team free of charge! Root Compass^® is best experienced by the leaders that will be applying the concepts. This experience includes front-of-room facilitation and small group breakouts. Each organization will reserve a “breakout room” so the conversation will be relevant to you and your organization. This means we’re offering 8 seats altogether:

• 4-7 managers in your organization—you are invited to bring people this program is designed for to get a clear sense of whether they would benefit from it
• 1-3 decision makers who are tasked with developing managers in your organization (or who contribute to doing so)
