Root Inc. Launches New Mobile Application Designed to Encourage Change Advocates

SYLVANIA, Ohio – 16 April 2018 – Root Inc., a change consulting company, today announced the availability of a new mobile application that helps organizations sustain the new behaviors, values, or attitudes they want their people to demonstrate at work. The Root Recognition App gives organizations an easy and fun way to encourage and incorporate ongoing recognition into their culture.

  • “The State of Employee Recognition,” conducted in 2012 by Bersin by Deloitte, found that companies with recognition programs that improve employee engagement levels have a 31 percent lower voluntary turnover rate.
  • 2014 Employee Engagement Report from Globoforce stated that 44 percent of employees give peer-to-peer recognition when they have an easy tool to do so, but only 14 percent of companies are supplying these tools.
