As a strategy execution and manager development professional with over 18 years of experience, Tracey is the leading content expert responsible for the design, development, and delivery of Root Compass®, Root’s renowned manager development program.

She has worked with clients like Petco, MedImmune, Popeyes, United Rentals, Novartis, and Hilton Garden Inn to empower their people leaders with the skills they need to help their teams achieve breakthrough performance.

As a former AVP of organizational development for a $1 billion category management firm, Tracey is skilled at creating practical solutions to help organizations execute complex strategies by getting them out of the boardroom and into the hearts, hands, and minds of their people. She has seen firsthand the critical, but often forgotten, role that managers play in bringing these solutions to life and is passionately driven to fuel their success.

Tracey is a die-hard Midwesterner, who was born, raised, and educated in Michigan, where she lives with her family today. She enjoys boating and waterskiing in northern Michigan and is a self-confessed pop culture historian and Bravo TV junkie.
