Robin is a member of the Root’s leadership team, using her talents and passion to connect people and business outcomes. Business development is a passion – helping clients address complex challenges through a blend of consulting, creative methods, and user driven insights.  Robin’s expertise goes deep in the areas of organizational transformation, culture, talent development, and connecting strategy with individual change.  Robin is also the senior leader of HR for Root.

Under Robin’s leadership, Root was recognized by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of the top 25 small to medium companies to work for in America.  Root’s culture has also been recognized by the Wall Street Journal and Winning Workplaces as one of the top small workplaces in the U.S.  Robin also led the development of a HR Transformation product which was recognized by HR Executive magazine.

Before joining Root, Robin spent the early part of her career in financial services and served as senior vice president for Sky Financial Group. She holds a BBA and an MBA from the University of Toledo and is an alumna of the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking.  She is a recipient of the Human Resource Management Award for Excellence in Northwest and is certified in both the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and Lominger Development tools.
