As Principal of Strategic Growth and lead of Root’s Chicago office, Aubrey’s role satisfies her passion for connecting with people and working toward positive outcomes. Her greatest fulfillment is found in helping clients at all levels of organizations discover their own value, appreciation, and contribution to the “big picture” of the business. Aubrey’s areas of expertise include helping clients deploy go-to-market strategies; craft and understand their foundational pillars, such as vision, mission, and values; identify and respond to marketplace trends; and launch new brand strategies and processes.

Like many of her colleagues, she is passionate about helping clients create connectivity and empowerment to change. Aubrey has experience with a variety of organizations and industries, including Comcast, NiSource, McDonald’s, and Abbott.

Before joining Root, Aubrey held consultative sales positions at HelloWorld (now Merkle) – a digital marketing firm – and Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner) – a membership-based consultancy. She graduated with a BA in Marketing and Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and is involved in various networking groups throughout the Chicagoland area. Aubrey grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and now lives near downtown with her husband and seven-month-old baby girl.
