You’re a relationship builder. You easily build rapport with strangers and find yourself remembering the minute details that make a significant difference. Whether you’re speaking with the assistant to the CEO of a Fortune 50 company or an internal partner, you are a connector.

Make it happen. This is where you put your heart and soul – scheduling client or internal meetings, fielding phone calls, facilitating communication, booking travel, creating reports, updating databases, and acting as the point of contact between executives and employees or clients.

Over eight years’ experience supporting locally based or remote executives; experience in a sales environment a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think independently and proactively prioritize work.
Strong communication skills (via phone, email, and in person) and business acumen.
Proficient with most mainstream office software, including:
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Email and calendar scheduling tools (Outlook)
- Online meeting tools (WebEx, Skype, etc.)
- Expense reporting (PeopleSoft, etc.)
- CRM a plus
Knowledge of office procedures and office management.
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
Familiarity with LinkedIn a plus.
College degree a plus.
