On any given day at Root, you might…

Lead and manage projects from beginning to end.
This includes setting clear objectives, designing the experience, collecting and managing data, coordinating creation, initiating conversations about changes needed, and consulting on implementation.

Collaborate with awesomely talented people.
You’ll work with other consultants, artists, designers, and quality assurance and production specialists to bring deliverables to life.

Work with the world’s largest companies to overcome specific business and organizational challenges.
You’ll build relationships with Fortune 2000 clients to understand their priorities and goals, and help transform and drive culture changes. This may include working directly with subject matter experts, project sponsors, or senior leaders, as well as fellow Rootsters.

  • Three to five years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, organizational development, or educational technology. An MBA or other relevant master’s degree is a plus, but is not required.
  • Impressive professionalism, passion, and presence
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities
  • Previous project management and client management skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to learning
  • A willingness to travel 30% to 40% of the time
