Does this describe you?

You have a growth mindset. You enjoy a challenge and like trying new things – even under pressure. You love to learn, stretch your capabilities, and take some chances. You aren’t afraid of people telling you “No,” and your failures represent your greatest learnings. You ask, “What if?” and think about the possibilities more so than the risks. You’re motivated by achievement and finding a better way, while always delivering on what’s expected of you. You relish growing your capabilities and always staying ahead of the curve.

You have a passion for collaborating, creating, and innovating. Whether it’s helping one of the world’s top brands elevate their customer experience, or bringing together the cultures of two recently merged manufacturing companies, we collaborate with clients to lead the people side of organizational changes. In short, we help clients accelerate change in their organizations by focusing on their most important asset – their people.

You enjoy working with extremely talented left-brained and right-brained people to create meaningful experiences. We bring together a diverse set of employees of many backgrounds and talents to tell stories through films, games, and other unique learning experiences. Our work helps create the behavioral and cultural changes that drive powerful results.

You’re a client fanatic. We’re passionate about leading successful client experiences with high-quality products and services, timeline execution, and project profitability. We know that continually assessing and driving client needs and anticipating appropriate solutions is the perfect equation to drive meaningful work today and in the future.

You get things done. We’re self-starters and team players who juggle the demands of our team and clients. On occasion, we move heaven and earth so that at the end of the day, everyone leaves smiling. We thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, and we think changes and challenges are the spice of life.
